I have imovie 11. I filmed a home video. I imported to imovie and edited. Then, when i export it, it says it is a "protected m4v file"... what gives? Why protected?

I had no idea what the Original post was talking about until Dreadnought pointed it out.
You can also try restarting the computer and even power-cycled your network if the problem is still there after trying Dreadnought's suggestion.

If I could get Apple's programmers to make one change, the first would be to bring back the handy method of choosing what application to open from a web address in email.
Used to be that if you wanted to change this, you option-clicked on the address, and a list of applications came up.
This is now gone, and I have no idea how to change the browser that is the automatic choice.
Others? What would you change?

Really? you read every 120 page document that came with every piece of software you install? And understood it without a lawyer?
First, the English portion (or any single language) is only 5 pages, not 120. Why would you need a lawyer to understand the agreement? See below.

Glad I get .Mac for free. I like the look of it, but please Apple do the following:

Much better than the old one. Too bad GM insists on selling the I4 LTZ for the same price of a Fusion V6.
I bet that I4 LTZ sells better than the V6 Fusion. V6's in mid-size sedans will become rare with CAFE. The new Malibu is supposed to be I4 only. The next-gen Fusion will also ditch the V6 from what I hear. Sonata already is I4 only.

Ask one of the Apple Store managers, but I'm almost certain they would have a procedure for destroying/recycling those displays. Apple doesn't seem like the sort of company who would let someone take any of that home when they're done with them.

Permission is academic at this point ... the answer is yes. If he's not intruding into your sex life, I see no compelling reason for you to do so in his. As an adult, one will presume he is aware of all the necessary precautions that people should take.

I bought the whole suite. It's very polished on an iPad. Lovin' it so far. I've played most of the more popular ones as a kid on the Atari. I remember some of them from the coin op arcade in the grocery store where my mom worked. Burned through too many quarters for just a little play time, unless you were good at the game.

Eh, normally I would agree with you, but I can't deny Chevy this one. It is a good looking car, imo. Like Quagmire was saying, in the "Normal" family sedan market, bland and boring is par for the course. This new Malibu, at least on its exterior and interior looks, seems to be a nice change from that norm.
