My current title is Software engineer and my company is promoting me to Senior Software Engineer. I am on H1 and have filed I-485 in last July and also have approved I-140. This is just the title change and my duties will be same.
(1) Does my company need to file H1 amendment to keep me on H1 or do I have to necessarily switch to EAD?
(2) Does anything changes with respect to GC process?
(3) Do I need to have any specific paper work from the my company that job duties are same?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Does you recipt mention that it is for a lost EAD???

I did about 3 APs and EADs myself this is not so important. I had left it blank. The most important thing I remember is my EAD got rejected was when I picked the wrong section for the Basis of EAD (which is a bunch of codes). Please make sure you pick the right one here, if your in doubt dont fill the form till you know the exact answer.

My husband is having L1A visa through company X.
Howmany days/moths/years will it take for us to get GREENCARD if we apply in MAY2008.
I understood no LC is required for L1A visa holders Greencard processing.

Yours will be EB1C. You can expect to get GC in 1-2 years.

Call National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283
Press 1 for English
Press 2 for bypassing introduction
Press 2 for checking status etc.
Press 6 for checking status etc.
Press 1 for having receipt number
Now enter your receipt number:
press 1 to confirm receipt number
Now listen to the case update info, somewhere in the middle of blah-blah
press 3 to report a problem with your case
press 4 for filed several related applications and have received the information on some but not all
(now if you listen a male voice prompting you to hold the call that means the call is going to IOs desk, if it says no IO is available, it will redirect it to NSC, you can hang up and try the next morning)
